Unit Management Overview

Units are the individual rental spaces within your properties. Effective unit management is crucial for maximizing occupancy, tracking rental income, and maintaining organized property records.

Creating New Units

Navigate to Property Details

Go to Properties → [Select Property] → Units Tab to access the unit management area for a specific property.

Properties → Sunrise Apartments → Units

Click "Add New Unit"

Click the "+ Add New Unit" button to open the unit creation form.

You can only add units to existing properties. Make sure to create the property first.
